Account information: Your email address, used to identify your account and verify your subscription status.

Vehicle information: VIN numbers, vehicle details, photos, and listing information you enter to generate content.

Generated content: The listings, posts, and scripts we generate for you, which are saved to your account for retrieval.

Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.

Usage data: Basic information about how you use the Service, used to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the LotLaunch service
• To verify your subscription status and grant access
• To save and retrieve your generated listings
• To send you account-related emails (receipts, important updates)
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate LotLaunch:

• Anthropic — processes vehicle information and photos to generate content via AI. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase — stores your account information and saved listings securely.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data and saved listings are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Photos and Vehicle Images

Photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not permanently stored by LotLaunch. They are processed in real time and discarded after analysis.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and saved listings for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your saved listings at any time from within the app

9. Cookies

LotLaunch uses localStorage (browser storage) to remember your login state between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

LotLaunch is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
