2. What LotLaunch Does

LotLaunch is an AI-powered marketing tool that helps independent car salespeople generate listing copy, social media posts, email templates, SMS sequences, and related sales content from vehicle information you provide.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

LotLaunch is a subscription service billed monthly at $25/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LotLaunch only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle listings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

LotLaunch uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Always verify vehicle details and ensure your listings comply with applicable advertising laws.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the vehicle information and photos you submit. By using the Service, you grant LotLaunch a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The LotLaunch platform, design, and underlying technology are owned by LotLaunch. The content generated for your listings is yours to use as you see fit.

9. Limitation of Liability

LotLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep LotLaunch available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
